i currently live in falls church, virginia right next to the eden center, which is a gigantic vietnamese strip mall with tons of restaurants, hair/nail salons, bakeries, and boba cafes...you can say it's vietnamese heaven.
tonight, i had com tay cam do bien, which is a rice clay pot dish with seafood (shrimp, squid, crab meat) and vegetables (black mushrooms and bamboo sprouts). it is the vietnamese equivalent of dol-sot bibimpap. can you say delicious?
